# Track sending and delivery

See which messages were sent, delivered and read, and who replied.

Open the **Guest journey** and switch to the **Activity** tab. You'll see every guest, their **Current step**, **Status** and **Next step**.

In the **Advanced editor**, each step also shows how many guests it reached, and how many messages were sent, delivered and replied to.

## Banners to watch for

- **Messages were not delivered** - we retry automatically for three days. If it matters, call or message these guests yourself.
- **Guests were invited with the old details** - you changed the event after sending. Click **Resend** to send the updated invitation.
- **Guests haven't been sent the journey yet** - they were added after sending started. Click **Send to new guests**.

## Stop a guest's messages

To stop all further messages to one guest, find them on the **Activity** tab and click **Stop**.

The event page also shows **Upcoming messages** and **Recent replies**.
