# Send your invitations

Review the messages, choose a plan, pay and start sending.

When your invitation and guest list are ready, open **Guest journey** from the event menu.

1. On the **What guests get** tab, check each step. Click **Edit** to change a message, or switch a step off.
2. Click **Start sending**.
3. In **Review before sending**, check the date, venue, link, languages and channels.
4. Under **How should we reach your guests?**, choose **Automatic** or **Automatic + AI calls**.
5. Check the **Order summary** and click **Pay and continue**. Pay by card.
6. Sending starts right after the payment goes through.

Follow each guest on the **Activity** tab. Reminders and follow-ups go out on their own.

## Guests you add later

Guests added after sending started don't get anything automatically. On the **Activity** tab you'll see a banner with **Send to new guests**. You pay only for the new guests, and the minimum order applies to each payment. See [How payment works](https://app.ueventi.com/docs/en/articles/how-payment-works).
