# How RSVPs are recorded

Guests can answer on WhatsApp, on their invitation page, or on an AI call.

Every answer lands in the same place: the **RSVP** column of your **Guest list**, and the counts on the event page.

## Ways guests can answer

- **On WhatsApp** - by tapping a button in the message, or typing yes, no or maybe ("כן", "לא" or "אולי" in Hebrew).
- **On their invitation page** - with the RSVP buttons.
- **On an AI call** - the assistant saves their answer and how many are coming.
- **By you** - open the guest and change **RSVP** yourself.

## Follow-up questions

When a guest says yes on WhatsApp, we ask how many are coming, and who if it's more than one. If you turned them on, we also ask about transportation and dietary needs.

## Get notified

New replies appear in [Notifications](https://app.ueventi.com/dashboard/notifications). To get them by email too, go to **Event settings** > **Notifications** and set **Email notifications** to **Every reply** or **Daily summary**.

> **Note:** Guests who already answered don't get more RSVP reminders.
