# How payment works

You pay by card when you start sending, and top up for guests you add later.

All collections: [Billing & pricing](https://app.ueventi.com/docs/en/billing)

You pay before your invitations go out, right from the **Guest journey**.

1. Click **Start sending**.
2. Under **How should we reach your guests?**, choose **Automatic** or **Automatic + AI calls**. Each shows its total.
3. Check the **Order summary**. If you built a website, you can add **Publish the event website** or **Custom domain** here too.
4. Enter your card details and click **Pay and continue**.

Once the payment goes through, sending starts. Your card is saved for future top-ups.

## Adding guests later

Guests you already paid for stay paid. When you add more guests, you pay only for the new ones. The minimum order applies to each payment, so it's worth adding late guests together.

## If the payment doesn't go through

Check the card details or try another card. If you see "Your payment is processing", you can send once it clears.

> **Note:** The order total is rounded to a whole dollar or shekel.
