# How Eventi works

A quick tour: design the invitation, add guests, send on WhatsApp and watch RSVPs come in.

Eventi sends your invitations to guests on WhatsApp, collects their answers, and follows up with the guests who haven't replied. You see who's coming in one place.

## The four steps

1. **Design the invitation.** Pick a design and add your photo, or upload a card you already have.
2. **Add your guests.** Type them in or import a CSV or Excel file.
3. **Send.** Review what your guests will get, pay for the event, and press **Start sending**.
4. **Track RSVPs.** Replies show up live on the event page and in your guest list.

## What happens after you send

Each guest follows the same journey: the invitation, a reminder if they don't answer, an optional AI phone call, a message on the event day, and a thank-you afterwards. You can switch any step off. See [The guest journey](https://app.ueventi.com/docs/en/articles/guest-journey).

## Planning tools

Every event also has seating, transportation, budget and gift tools, plus an optional event website. You'll find them in the event menu.
