# The guest journey

Every message your guests get, in order, and when each one goes out.

The **Guest journey** is the list of messages every guest receives. Open it from the event menu and look at the **What guests get** tab.

- **Invitation** - to all your guests when you press **Start sending**, with your card and an RSVP button.
- **Reminder** - only to guests who haven't answered yet, a few days later.
- **AI phone call** - to guests who are still silent. A friendly AI assistant calls and records their answer.
- **Day-of message** - on the event day, to guests who said yes, with directions and their table number once you've seated them.
- **Thank-you** - the day after the event, to guests who said yes.

Switch off any step with **Send this step**. Click **Edit** to change its wording or timing.

## When the reminder goes out

By default, the reminder waits about 70% of the time left until the event. It's never sent sooner than 3 days after the invitation, or later than 3 days before the event.

## Advanced editor

Need more control? The **Advanced editor** tab shows the journey as a flow you can edit step by step. You can also start over from one of the **Templates**.
