# Edit the invitation text

Change the title, message and the lines above and below the title.

For **Picture** and **Link to a site**, you can edit the text on the card:

- **Title** - usually the names, like "Emma & James".
- **Line above the title** - a short line such as "Together with their families".
- **Line below the title** - a short line under the names.
- **Message** - the main invitation text.

## Lines above and below the title

Leave these empty to use the suggested text shown in grey. To remove a line from the card completely, click **Hide line**. Each line can be up to 120 characters.

The date, time and venue come from your event details, so you don't need to type them. To change them, go to **Event settings** > **Event details**.

> **Note:** A custom design is sent exactly as you uploaded it, so there's no text to edit.
