# AI voice calls

An AI assistant calls guests who haven't answered and records their RSVP.

Some guests never answer messages. With AI calls, a friendly AI assistant phones guests who are still silent, asks if they're coming and how many, and saves the answer to your guest list.

## Turn on AI calls

1. Go to **Event settings** > **How guests are reached** and turn on **Voice calls**.
2. In the **Guest journey**, make sure the **AI phone call** step is on.
3. When you send, choose the **Automatic + AI calls** plan.

## Set up the assistant

Once voice calls are on, **Event settings** shows a **Voice agent** section:

- **Call language** - **Match each guest's language**, Hebrew or English.
- **Assistant name** and **Voice** (female or male).
- **Custom greeting** - an optional opening line. You can use {{guest_name}}, {{event_name}} and {{host_names}}.
- **Instructions for the assistant** - optional, for example "Mention that parking is free."
