# Add guests one by one

Add a guest with a name, phone number, language and party size.

To add a guest, open **Guest list** from the event menu and click **Add guest**.

1. Enter the **Name** and **Phone**. Pick the country from the list next to the number.
2. Choose the guest's **Language**. It's filled in from the phone's country, and you can change it.
3. Set the **Party size**: how many people this invitation is for.
4. Optional: choose a **Preferred channel**, a **Side** and a **Group**.
5. Click **Add guest**.

Each phone number can appear only once per event. If you add a number that's already on the list, you'll see "A guest with this phone number already exists."
